Designed according to strict international standards for safety, security, and human rights, the facility incorporates advanced MEP systems, high-security access controls, monitored circulation routes, and durable construction materials to ensure long-term operational efficiency. The internal layout emphasizes controlled movement, supervision efficiency, and compliance with correctional facility regulations. Delivered within a 13-month schedule, the project highlights the contractor’s ability to execute complex, high-security developments efficiently and reliably while meeting all governmental specifications.
